Like I said in the sketch, inspired by the track "You Ain't Fly" by the Roots... This is my interpretation of the "Soul Sister on the streets of five-two".
I wanted to give that feel of when a woman walks past, that wiff of perfume you get and all that, you know? Just to add to the fact that she cold dissed my man ? like that. Other classic hip-hop joints touching on the same subject in some way (women, heartbreak, fucked up relationships and such): Passin' me by-The Pharcyde (my absolute favorite) Ex Girl to the Next Girl-Gangstarr Whatever you Say-Little Brother The Yo Yo-Little Brother Why-Organized Konfusion Wildflower-Ghostface Ms. Fat Booty-Mos Def Da Bichez-Jeru the Damaja I got a man-Positive K Fancy Clown-Madvillain That's just a few I can think of...
