So the likeness isn't 100% there, but I tried a little sumfin different with this one. Instead of just going straight from the photo reference, I decided to draw him out first and a little more stretched out, because I had this layout in mind. I didn't rock too much detail with the lighting and shading... I wanted the colors and the composition to be the focal point I guess.
I'll post the pencil work too so you can see what I mean.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
